United Van Lines’ Annual Migration Study which tracked the states that the company’s customers moved to and from during the course of 2013 shows some interesting results.

The top inbound states of 2013 were:

1. Oregon
2. South Carolina
3. North Carolina
4. District of Columbia
5. South Dakota
6. Nevada
7. Texas
8. Colorado
