Alexine Eddy arranged her family move from Virginia to Aloha, Oregon through moving broker Moving APT. Moving APT in turn subcontracted the move to Metro Van Lines who have so far taken three months to deliver the family’s possessions. When Alexine initially called the company she was told that it’s going to take longer than expected, which turned out to be true. Subsequently the company admitted to her that they didn’t know the location of the shipment, blaming an ’employee’ problem. Almost unbelievable isn’t it? After a request for help from Alexine, KGW TV tracked the the family’s belongings to a storage facility in Norcross, Georgia. Metro Van Lines are rated B+ by Better Business Bureau and Moving APT is a scam, according to one of their ex-salesman writing on Ripoff Report.
